Dykema’s Dallas office is seeking a highly motivated commercial litigation attorney with 5–8 years of experience. The position will focus on general commercial litigation and dental service organization (DSO) litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, developing comprehensive case strategies, and preparing a variety of pleadings. We are looking for an attorney with exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines while thriving in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will proactively manage cases through resolution, ensuring steady progress while providing oversight and mentorship to junior associates. The title for this position may be flexible based on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications, with consideration for a Senior Attorney title for a more experienced candidate. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and admission to practice in Texas is required.
