Financial Services Litigation / Associate / Miami

Polsinelli is seeking a junior associate to join our Financial Services Group in our Miami office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of commercial litigation experience with a focus on financial services. This position will involve a mix of financial services and commercial litigation. Experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a plus. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with demonstrated interest and litigation experience involving commercial real estate, loan enforcement or financial services litigation.
