Mergers & Acquisitions / Associate / Chicago, Denver, & New York

Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice in each of our Chicago, Denver, and New York offices. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of sophisticated business and transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions, including private equity sponsored deals, particularly in the middle-market. This role involves substantial responsibility for drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, and advising private companies, investors, and portfolio companies across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements. The associate will work closely with partners and clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions across a variety of industries and will be expected to manage multiple matters efficiently while taking on increasing responsibility and client interaction.

Compensation: Salary will range between $250,000 - $390,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
