2027 Fall Associate – Business Litigation

Cooley LLP’s Business Litigation practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our New York, Palo Alto, and Washington, DC offices. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position. Recruiter submissions will not be accepted. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in litigation and a desire to grow within the field. This is an excellent opportunity for a law school student graduating next Spring to start their legal career in a dynamic office of a nationally prominent Litigation practice. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs; reviewing and analyzing case files, evidence, and legal citations; maintaining organized case files; and collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and communication skills. The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
