Commercial Contracts, Global Franchise & Supply Chain / Associate / Boston, Denver, Kansas City

Polsinelli is seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney to join our Commercial Contracts, Global Franchise & Supply Chain practice group, which handles all aspects of domestic and international franchising and distribution matters, including structuring franchise and supply chain programs for emerging and mature companies, counseling on and ensuring franchise regulatory compliance and counseling and handling franchise, supply and distribution dispute resolution matters. This position is open to our Boston, Denver, and Kansas City offices. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be interested in and possess 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law and global supply chain contracting, including assisting clients with structuring franchise programs, drafting FDDs and handling the registration process, conducting research and consulting on franchise, supply, distribution and other commercial contracts, and assisting in resolving relationship disputes. Additional experience with international transactions including franchising and licensing, supply contracts, due diligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Compensation: Salary will range between $240,000 - $365,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
