Cross Border M&A Associate

Holland & Knight LLP seeks a talented M&A Associate with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join its Cross Border M&A Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading team on sophisticated domestic and international transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border matters involving the US, Latin America, and other global markets.The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, family offices, strategic investors, entrepreneurs, and other market participants on a broad range of complex business transactions. Relevant experience may include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, strategic partnerships, corporate governance matters, and other complex corporate transactions.The associate will work closely with partners and clients on all phases of transactions, including structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating diligence, managing deal execution, and advising on corporate and governance considerations in cross-border contexts. Candidates should be comfortable working on matters that involve multiple jurisdictions, sophisticated counterparties, and fast-paced deal timelines.
