Global Finance - Entry Level Associate (New York)

Sidley’s New York office is seeking an entry level associate to join its Global Finance practice in the fall of 2026. Successful candidates will have exceptional credentials and/or work experience and a genuine interest in joining Sidley’s New York Office. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek admission to the New York bar and should have an interest in our highly regarded Global Finance practice.Sidley’s Global Finance practice encompasses a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions. Practices include:Structured Finance: Represents issuers, sponsors, underwriters, originators, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of structured finance transactions, including CMBS, RMBS, and ABS.Leveraged Finance: Represents arrangers, agents, lenders, and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, including acquisition financings, direct lending transactions, and other secured and unsecured financings.Fund Finance: Advises asset managers, funds, banks, direct lenders, insurance companies, and other market participants on fund financing solutions across a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes.Private Credit: Advises asset managers, credit funds, private equity firms, and other investors on a broad range of private credit transactions, including direct lending, unitranche, first- and second-lien, and subordinated financings.Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs): Represents fund managers, underwriters, issuers, investors, lenders, and borrowers in CLOs and other debt fund finance transactions, including new issuances, refinancings, resets, and warehouse facilities.Sidley has partnered with the predictive candidate screening platform, Suited.
