Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire stellar mid-level associates for our Energy & Infrastructure group. Candidates will be considered for the New York, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco office. These associates will work on energy and digital infrastructure deals and should have comfort with and interest in the energy industry and core agreements and structures. Experience with utilities, independent power producers, data center development, behind the meter and colocation power structures, PPAs, renewables and LNG is preferred. The ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of energy and infrastructure M&A or related experience, be admitted to the New York, D.C., or California bar and have excellent credentials.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
