Dallas or Fort Worth Business Litigation Attorney
Winstead PC is seeking a 10 year attorney for a position with our Business Litigation practice group in our Dallas or Fort Worth office. The ideal candidate would have appellate experience and would be board certified in appellate law. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Appellate Law: Board certified in appellate law.
Trust & Estates Litigation: representing clients in disputes related to trusts, estates and fiduciary issues.
Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
