The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada and in good standing. Candidates must have a good work ethic, the ability to practice law in a caring and professional manner and to work as part of a team.
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, focused, able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client welcome interactions with in-office signups.
- In-Office requests for attorneys.
- Signature of retainers and other needed documents.
- Support intake agents with closing cases and bringing in a new case.
- Speak with new callers that request to speak with an attorney.
- Make welcome calls to all new clients.
- Convert intake into matters.
- Managing team assignments.
- Referral verification process.
- Attend and participate in the monthly Intake Numbers meeting and prepare content as needed for that.
- Support Intake with questions and directions of complex or unusual cases.
- CCNS at Intake and drop letters.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage approximately 250-300 pre-lit cases.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
