ABOUT THE ROLE:
Parker Poe is seeking an Associate or Counsel with 4+ years of employment litigation experience to join our Employment & Benefits Practice Group in Charleston, South Carolina. This attorney will work closely with Amanda Williams and collaborate with Tory Summey and other members of the team on a broad range of employment defense matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and related workplace issues. Responsibilities will include agency proceedings, litigation in state and federal courts, legal research, discovery, motions practice, depositions, and client counseling.
This is an excellent opportunity to assume meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, receive strong mentorship, and grow within a collaborative and expanding practice.
