Overview
Nelson Mullins is looking to add an experienced Junior Construction Litigation Partner to join its Construction Law & Litigation group in Florida, located in the Orlando office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to an attorney who wants to be part of a dynamic team and a growing office.

We Know You
With at least 10 - 20 years of Construction Litigation Experience, you have a demonstrated ability to take complex cases from start to finish through all forms of dispute resolution, including trial experience. With valuable court hearing experience, preferably dispositive motion practice, you are able to analyze complex fact patterns to applicable case and statutory law, to develop a case for litigation and trial. Demonstrated deposition experience, preferably involving the taking and defending of key fact witnesses and expert witnesses; and demonstrated experience in various modes of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. You have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of attorneys. Applicants must be admitted to and in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
