2027 Entry Level Corporate Associate - BOS
About Mintz
Mintz is an Am Law 100 law firm with over 600 attorneys serving clients worldwide. Our attorneys combine legal, business, and industry insight to help navigate shifting challenges. We advise business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors on pivotal deals, disputes, and regulatory matters within our core practice areas — Corporate, Intellectual Property, Litigation & Investigations, and Regulatory & Advisory. We are strategically located to meet the needs of our clients, with offices in Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Toronto.
About the First Year Associate Experience
First Year Associates at Mintz are hired into one of the firm’s offices and immersed into a practice area. “Base Camp”, the firm’s orientation and training program, takes place in our Boston office and brings the full class together for a week of practical training and networking. First Year Associates are given formal mentors that can serve as a resource during their transition to the firm. It’s not long before First Year Associates know our lawyers, understand what we do, and are ready to hit the ground running following law school. Collaboration with team members is an important component of this role. This role requires 60% in-office presence; remote work is permissible 40% of the time.
About our Corporate Practice
Mintz’s corporate practice offers a blend of comprehensive legal expertise and practical business counseling that enables our clients to clarify goals, find solutions, and achieve results across varied business transactions. Our corporate attorneys advise clients on a wide variety of issues affecting commercial, financial, and industrial enterprises, both publicly and privately owned. We offer an entrepreneurial and collegial environment, challenging work and a unique opportunity to support growing practice groups within the section.
We are looking to add an entry-level associate to our corporate practice in our Boston office. This individual will work closely with our senior lawyers to support public and private companies in sophisticated business transactions across the country and cross-border. We anticipate a start date in September 2027.
