Lateral Associate - Securities Litigation (SF)

The San Francisco office is seeking an associate to join our Securities Litigation team. Candidates should have experience with securities litigation, derivative litigation, and/or other stockholder matters in federal and state court. Meaningful Delaware Court of Chancery experience would be a plus. The candidate should have significant experience drafting motions/pleadings (ideally as the primary drafter), preparing for and taking/defending depositions, and managing document discovery.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $225,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
