No Fault Attorney

Garden City Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation firm seeks an associate to handle virtual court conferences and arbitrations in the New York No Fault Collections field. Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York.

The job entails appearing for conferences and arguing the merits on motions, virtual trials where applicable and arbitration hearings. Attorneys also will be tasked with negotiating settlements and preparing cases for the upcoming appearances.

Salary: $90,000-$125,000 per year
