Junior Commercial Litigation Associate (San Antonio)

Dykema's San Antonio office is seeking a highly motivated associate with 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience to join our team. We will also consider candidates who are completing a judicial clerkship and are interested in transitioning to private practice. The associate will work on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through motion practice, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and appeals, as applicable. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels in a fast-paced environment. Admission to practice law in Texas is required.
