Real Estate – Senior Counsel

The Atlanta office of Alston & Bird is seeking a Real Estate Counsel with 7+ years’ experience. Successful candidates will have experience leading commercial real estate finance transactions, including managing real estate diligence matters such as title, survey, zoning, and collateral review, and drafting and negotiating complex loan documents and other agreements related to the origination of commercial real estate loans. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
