Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office seeks a junior associate (with one to two years of experience) to join its growing telecommunications practice. The D.C.-based telecommunications group advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters before the Federal Communications Commission, NASA, NOAA, the Department of Commerce, and other federal agencies, courts, and state regulators. Our team also regularly drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory and transactional matters in the telecommunications industry. Candidates with experience related to satellite regulations, transactional due diligence, and drafting commercial agreements on behalf of telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology clients are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be in good standing with the D.C. Bar or be eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$225,000 to $235,000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary programs include:  voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.  Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
