The San Francisco office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a stellar mid-level associate for our Capital Markets practice. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of general Capital Markets experience, be admitted to the California bar, along with excellent credentials. Experience running deals is a plus.

Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
