Litigation Paralegal

Description

The Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the legal profession.

Essential Functions:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process.
• Familiar with Court Deadlines.
• Calendar
• Manage and organize case files, including electronic documents, and physical evidence.
• Coordinate discovery, including drafting, and responding to discovery requests, and organizing document production.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years personal injury paralegal experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with legal technology and software, including document management systems, and litigation support tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
