Senior Litigation Paralegals ensure that all daily case needs are met and manage large-scale discovery- and/or trial-related projects. Senior Litigation Paralegals also play a crucial role at trial, including maintaining exhibit lists, preparing witness materials, assisting in the courtroom, and providing guidance to junior paralegals. Senior Litigation Paralegals should possess strong leadership and project management skills.
Minimum qualifications and requirements include:
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- 2+ years working in a team and providing guidance to other paralegals, legal assistants, and/or case assistants
- Bachelor's degree with a 3.25+ GPA upon graduation
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, document management systems, Westlaw Case Notebook or LiveNote, Relativity, Sharepoint, Sharefile, PACER, Westlaw, and Lexis
