Litigation Paralegals work with a team of paralegals under the direction of a Case Manager to support large-scale, discovery- and/or trial-related projects, such as depositions, document productions, witness files, and exhibit lists. Litigation Paralegals ensure that daily case needs are met by maintaining case databases and calendars, conducting fact finding and cite-checking, preparing materials for case events, and performing data entry and analysis and basic legal research. Litigation Paralegals are required to travel and work overtime as needed for trials. Litigation Paralegals report to the Paralegal Manager.
