Atlanta – Corporate Associate (Senior)

We are searching for a senior associate to join our Corporate group in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate would have experience with startups and emerging growth companies, venture capital and growth equity financings, and mergers & acquisitions.

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attorneys who are excited about working with clients in the startup and venture capital ecosystem. Depending on your experience, your practice at Gunderson would involve a mix of counseling venture-backed and backable companies in day-to-day matters and representing companies and investors in venture financing, growth equity, and M&A transactions. You will have significant client contact daily, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds.

Job Requirements:

• JD 2018-2020
• Previous large law firm experience required.
• Admission to or eligibility to waive into the State Bar of Georgia preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, buy- and sell- side M&A transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skillsare highly valued.
