Counsel – Commercial Real Estate

Our Practice.

The Real Estate Practice Group at Bass, Berry & Sims has closed more than $8 billion in transactions across asset classes and markets over the last three years. We help clients acquire, sell, finance and develop all types of real estate, from office and industrial, to retail and redevelopment districts, to residential subdivisions and multifamily apartments. Among our signature practices, we provide counsel on transactions for hospitals, medical office buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily buildings, hotels and industrial facilities.

Nationally ranked by Chambers USA for the past 23 years, researchers found Bass, Berry & Sims’ commercial real estate practice is known for being “extremely adept at handling complicated and sensitive matters. There isn’t any legal problem that I do not trust the firm to be able to handle.” Clients say, “The Bass, Berry & Sims team provides great service from top to bottom. No matter who is assigned to the matters I am working on, I always get strong and timely help.” (from Chambers USA).
