Austin – Corporate Associate (Junior)

We are searching for junior associates to join our Corporate group in our Austin office. The ideal candidate would have experience with startups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and/or underwritings. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

  • JD 2024-2025
  • Previous large law firm experience required
  • Previous experience with growth or private equity is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferably barred in Texas
Salary Range:
  • $225,000 - $235,000
