Phelps Dunbar is seeking an associate to join the Business Practice Group in its Memphis, TN office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience with complex mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate finance matters. Experience with sophisticated transactional work is preferred, and an LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.Our success is based on the expertise of our lawyers.
