Litigation Attorney
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, from case inception through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and assist with trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Work directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with supervising attorneys to develop litigation strategy and achieve successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience in general liability, casualty, premises liability, product liability, or complex litigation preferred.
- Ability to manage cases with increasing independence and responsibility.
- Experience handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida.
