Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (Government Contracts) – Washington

Vinson & Elkins (V&E) is seeking a skilled and highly motivated associate with between four to six years of experience to join its nationally recognized Government Contracts practice group based in Washington, D.C. V&E’s team supports clients in a wide range of issues related to federal procurement, including bid protests, claims and disputes, False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation, compliance matters, grants, cybersecurity, and due diligence in M&A transactions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest in government contracts and about 5 years of such experience, preferably in a law firm or a federal agency. Law school coursework related to government contracts is preferred but not required. Excellent writing skills and a strong academic background are required.
