Real Estate / Associate / New York

Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our New York office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ of experience in representing lenders in the origination of large, structured commercial real estate finance transactions. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-party transactions, including managing closing checklists, overseeing due diligence, and collaborating effectively with paralegals and other members of the deal team. Experience with mezzanine loans, preferred equity, asset management, or loan workouts is a plus.

Compensation: Salary will range between $235,000 - $385,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
