Consumer Financial Services Litigation Staff Attorney (Non-Partnership) - Baltimore
Ballard Spahr is seeking a mid-level, non-partnership track Staff Attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our thriving consumer finance litigation practice in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer finance and retail bank litigation, such as experience with the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Uniform Commercial Code, and Equal Opportunity Credit Act, as well as federal and state laws governing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices. Strong communication skills are required. Active bar license in Maryland, or the ability to waive in, is required. Bar license in Virginia preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is from $190,000 – $225,000, which reflects the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
In addition to the salary for this position, lawyers may be eligible for a profit-sharing bonus program.
