Tampa Trial Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly qualified attorney with 2-5 years of comparable civil and commercial litigation experience to join our Dispute Resolution Team in Tampa. Strong academic credentials are essential as is propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, courtroom experience, and engaging in all aspects of trial preparation. Strong organizational and time management skills are also critical. Qualified applicants must also demonstrate a genuine interest in, and commitment to, developing the skills necessary to litigate complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals in a first chair capacity.
