New York Office - Financial Restructuring Associate

Akin’s Financial Restructuring group is seeking a highly qualified associate/counsel with 3-6 years of experience to join our New York office. The candidate must have strong analytical and writing skills and a minimum of 3 years practicing at a leading law firm. Specifically, the candidate should have significant experience representing debtors, creditors, investors, and/or other stakeholders in complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings and the ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively as part of a sophisticated deal team, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
