The Tampa office of Gunster – seeks a highly-qualified mid- to upper-level transactional real estate associate to join its sophisticated Real Estate Practice. Gunster routinely represents corporations, regional and national developers and investors in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, leasing, financing, acquisitions, and disposition of commercial and residential properties and will assist with all aspects of complex real estate transactions. We expect the successful candidate will possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.

Florida Bar admission required, large firm experience a plus.
