Sacramento - Junior Employment Litigation Associate
The Sacramento office of Fisher Phillips seeks a junior associate with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting motions, and drafting agency position statements. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Although we would prefer that you have some experience in employment law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena. Admission to the California Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school are required.

The yearly salary range for this position is $160,000 – $170,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
