The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a stellar mid-level associate for our Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice. The ideal candidate will have a diversified executive compensation and benefits practice with experience advising both private and public companies, as well as alternative asset managers, on executive compensation matters, including supporting M&A, corporate governance and capital markets matters. Candidates should have 3-5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience, and be admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
