Lateral Associate - Corporate – Global Finance (NY)

We are seeking candidates in law school class years 2018 to 2021 for our highly-regarded fund finance & structured capital practice. The opportunity lends itself to working directly with, and receiving training from, leading fund finance and investment funds practitioners and to meaningful client interaction, including on cutting edge financing transactions primarily on the sponsor side.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $365,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
