The Paramus, New Jersey office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its growing Labor & Employment practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to expand their practice while working with an experienced and collaborative team representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of litigation and employment law experience. Experience with labor relations matters—including collective bargaining, grievance administration, and arbitration—is preferred but not required. We also welcome inquiries from established teams of attorneys with experience in this practice area.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of litigation and employment law experience
  • Experience with labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations, is a plus
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pre-trial strategy, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
