Seeking a Junior Partner to join our Debt Finance Practice. This role is ideal for an experienced finance attorney with a strong background in commercial lending transactions and a demonstrated track record of client advising, matter leadership, and business development. The candidate should have substantial experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex debt financing transactions, including senior secured lending, mezzanine financings, acquisition financings, refinancings, and related financing matters. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of advising clients, leading sophisticated financing transactions, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts.
