Bankruptcy Attorney

We are seeking to expand our Business Reorganization Team with the addition of a first-chair level partner with portable business. Significant experience in Chapter 11 cases representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries is required; bankruptcy litigation experience is preferred. A collaborative approach and team attitude are essential. We seek enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a closely knit environment, perform well under pressure, and consistently strive to deliver exceptional client service and top-quality work. Membership in The Florida Bar or a commitment to admission is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a book of business.
