Litigation Associate

Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum LLP invites distinguished individuals to join our Chicago office as litigation associates.

We are a litigation boutique, practicing a wide range of complex commercial and patent litigation. We do not bill by the hour or record hours worked. Instead, we use fixed monthly fees and other alternative billing arrangements that align client and counsel interests to resolve cases efficiently and effectively. Often working side-by-side with large national law firms, Goldman Ismail operates as a specialized litigation task force, focusing on overall case strategy, trials, science and expert teams, and key discovery. Our work is interesting, challenging, and important.

Candidates should have 4+ years of litigation experience and demonstrate academic excellence, intellectual curiosity, and grit. Goldman Ismail is dedicated to the goal of building a culturally diverse and pluralistic workplace and strongly encourages applications from women and minorities.

Salary for an associate at Goldman Ismail ranges from $225,000 to $435,000 depending on seniority and experience level. Associates may be eligible for bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
