Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Associate

Young Conaway is seeking associates with three to five years of transferable experience to join our expanding Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. Relevant experience in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters is preferred, but Young Conaway may consider candidates at different experience levels with relevant and transferrable non-bankruptcy experience as well.

Associates work closely with our attorneys, co-counsel, and clients to provide guidance, advice, and litigation support in both in- and out-of-court complex corporate restructurings. Delaware bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered.
