Austin Real Estate Development & Investments Associate
Winstead PC is seeking a 2-4 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate Development & Investments practice group in Austin. This position is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. This position will include acquisition, development, and horizontal and vertical mixed-use, residential and commercial planned community work for local, regional and national builders and developers both in Texas and nationally. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
· Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate.
· Leasing Transactions: Experience with leasing matters preferred but not required.
· AmLaw 200 Experience: Familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
· Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
