Finance Associate

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a mid-level finance associate to join our Financial Services Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with partners in developing sophisticated and forward-thinking solutions for our clients.

Candidates with the below experience and credentials are welcome to apply.

• 4-6 years of experience representing banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds and other lenders in structuring, documenting and closing asset-based, real estate, healthcare and general middle market financing transactions

• Experience with UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues

• Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is a plus

• Licensed to practice as an attorney

The estimated base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
