Associate - General Litigation
Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, a leading Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, is seeking an associate to join our General Litigation practice group. Associates in our General Litigation practice group have the opportunity to have a diverse practice, handling intellectual property matters at one of the most highly regarded Delaware firms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Three to six years of litigation experience, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions and briefs.
Experience practicing in the District of Delaware.
Superb research and oral communication skills.
Admitted to the Delaware bar.
