Corporate Associate
Porter Wright has an opportunity for a Corporate Associate in the Columbus, Ohio office to handle complex business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, corporate and project financing, securities and contract matters.
Qualifications include:
Three plus years of corporate experience preferably in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance transactions
Strong research and writing skills
Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio
