If you are confident managing complex closings, thrive in a fast‑paced legal environment, and want to work at a firm that values work‑life balance as much as excellence, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As an experienced member of our Real Estate team, you will be trusted with end‑to‑end responsibility for commercial closings, including:
Managing commercial real estate transactions state-wide from contract through post‑closing with minimal supervision, and assisting others with similar matters
Preparing and reviewing closing documents, settlement statements, and loan documentation for attorney review
Coordinating with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth and timely closings
Reviewing title, surveys, UCC searches, and organizing due diligence materials
Tracking critical dates, closing requirements, and post‑closing deliverables
Serving as a go‑to resource and steady presence on a high‑performing team
Implementing firm policy regarding anti-fraud and ethical closing requirements
Will also support commercial zoning applications with research and preparation for quasi-judicial hearings
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and brings both experience and judgment to the table.

Significant experience as a real estate paralegal with a strong focus on commercial real estate closings
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without missing details
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with SoftPro, Title Express, or similar software
Confidence working directly with attorneys and external parties
A professional, collaborative approach—and pride in your work
Consistent physical presence in the firm’s Wilmington office (located at Avenue North), with some remote workdays available
