Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Associate

Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks highly qualified Associates to join our Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity group, working from either the Chicago, Dallas or New York office.

The Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity group is looking for talented junior (with at least 2 years of experience), mid-level and senior associate candidates. Candidates should have experience in corporate transactional work, in general, and private equity and/or M&A work, in specific, at a nationally recognized law firm.

Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting, analytical and writing skills, and a client-team focused approach is a must. Qualified applicants should include a resume and copy of law school transcript with their application.

The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
