Health Care Transactional Associate (Albany)

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm of approximately 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking an associate to support its Health Care & Human Services Practice Area.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in health care transactions and not-for-profit (NFP) work. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State and possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary range: $110,000 - $135,000.

This salary range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
