Real Estate Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly with representing developers, owners, and investors in structuring and closing complex real estate transactions. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of real estate law, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions and development transactions. This position is located in our Atlanta, GA office.
