Junior to Senior-Level Prosecution & Counseling Associates (Quantum Computing)

We are seeking junior to senior-level associates with knowledge of quantum computing to join the Electrical & Computer Technologies (ECT) group of our Prosecution & Counseling department. This position can be based in our Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include: Works closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process Prepares, files, and prosecutes U.S. patent applications for complex quantum computing technologies Prepare responses to office actions and make patent application secondary filing decisions that maximize the scope of protection in view of Company’s strategic goals Conducts freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses Qualifications: A degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study Knowledge of Quantum computing, preferably knowledge of photonic quantum computing, quantum error correction, quantum computing architectures Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to the USPTO Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings Wolf Greenfield offers comprehensive benefits focused on the overall well-being of firm employees. The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 - $390,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
